The management of Collectronics comprises of seasoned legal and technical professionals whose expertise and rich professional experience is instrumental in the successful running of the company’s day to day operations for 15 years.
Lance E. Williams
Chief Executive Officer
In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Collectronics, Mr. Williams is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Mr. Williams received his B.S. (magna cum laude) degree in 1983 from Oral Roberts University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (J.D) in 1986 from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. The CEO is rated AV- Preeminent, rated by Martindale-Hubbell – the highest rating an attorney can receive and has been rated AV continuously since 1993.
At Collectronics, Mr. Williams is at the forefront of legal technology and the use of cloud-based technology to provide value-added services to a law firm’s clients.
Dean A. Riddle
Chairman
The Executive Chairman of Collectronics Dean A. Riddle is a member of the bars of Texas, Georgia, and North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A) and Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D) degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981 and 1985 respectively.
Mr. Riddle is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and served as its President in 1994. Further, Mr Riddle has written and lectured extensively on the topic of litigation for community associations at the state and national levels.
As an active member of CAI, Mr. Riddle has participated in drafting proposed legislation affecting planned communities in Texas and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Texas Community Association Advocates. Mr. Riddle is also a founding shareholder of Riddle & Williams, P.C., and focusses his practice on community association law and commercial litigation.
Lauren Williams, M.A., M.Ed,
Co-Founder
Lauren is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Collectronics, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company specializing in cloud based solutions for businesses and law firms; Pretty Healthy NYC Management Services, a company providing management services to boutique medical practices, and Execusoft Consulting Services offering career counseling and consulting services to start-up software enterprises.
She began her career working for one of the leading community association law firms in the country, then known as Hyatt & Rhoads. Her interest in technology led her into a client relations position with Computer Associates International (CA), one of the leading technology companies in the world. While at CA, she gained valuable experience using mission-critical software to solve business challenges for Fortune 500 companies such as Sabre Holdings, Hertz, and Bell Helicopter. She then spearheaded the Midwest Division of Attenza, which provided online customer service and support automation software for such companies as Aon Corp., BMC Software Inc., Dell Computer Corp., Gateway Inc., and McKesson Corp.
She returned to the community association legal industry in 2001 forming Collectronics Business Solutions— the first company to introduce the community association law industry to cloud-based applications as an integral part of their legal and business processes. Collectronics' suite of online applications, including CollectMinder®, e-nForce®, and ProjectMinder®, have set the standard for mission-critical applications for the community association legal industry.
Lauren obtained two Masters' Degrees from Columbia University, a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Masters of Arts in Psychological Counseling. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Tyler Garman
Managing Director
Tyler is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Computer Science and Management Science. He is an expert on workflow automation, legal technology and assessment collection operations.
At Collectronics, Tyler oversees the day-to-day business operations and has direct responsibility for Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Implementations of the Collectronics portfolio – including innovation and development of new features. He has overall responsibility for all portfolio products and is responsible for leading products with fast, reliable performance and user experience. Tyler has served roles in support, sales, marketing, feature design, implementations.
Gabriel Valdes
Director of Engineering
& Support
Gabe has a Masters of Interactive Technology and Game Design, and a BA in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University. Gabe leads the Engineering and Support teams where he oversees every aspect of client support and user satisfaction. He is the primary interface to the development and infrastructure teams to assure the highest quality of service and operational support. Gabe also provides leadership to manage and grow existing client relationships.
